Shipping Policy

Ordering an item from Jacob & Sebastian? We currently ship across Canada with competitive rates and delivery times. If you wish to ship outside of Canada, simply call us directly and we will happily assist your needs.

Calculating Cost

Shipping costs from Jacob & Sebastian are based on product weight and the delivery method that you choose.

Shipping charges are based on standard Canada Post Courier rates. To find out how much your order will cost, simply add the items you would like to purchase to your cart, and Proceed to Checkout. Once at the checkout screen, adding your shipping information will calculate your shipping cost for either Standard Shipping or Expedited Shipping. (Standard Shipping applies in areas where Expedited may not be available).

Shipments valued at over $100 (before tax), will qualify for free shipping within Canada.

Delivery Time

Orders are shipped next business day if received before 4:30 PM EST, excluding weekends and holidays. There are no mail deliveries on weekends and holidays.

Standard Shipping

Transit time is based on Canada Post delivery times and delivery is typically 3-5 business days for most urban areas. For smaller towns, please add one to two business days.

Returns Policy

If your order is incorrect you must contact us within 10 business days of purchase to correct the sale.

Jacob & Sebastian may offer either an exchange or store credit on unopened and unused items providing that goods are returned to us within 10 business days with proof of purchase (receipt or invoice). Products purchased from the Jacob & Sebastian website or phone service may be returned by mail (please ship the return package to: Jacob & Sebastian Inc. 622 Queen Street West, Toronto, ON M6J 1E4). You are responsible for the shipping and additional postage charges. Please retain your shipping receipt until you are certain your return has been received by Jacob & Sebastian. We may need this if we fail to receive your package.  If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to contact us here or place an order by phone at 1-647-345-0478.

      We do have the eye cream, but the moisturizer is (unfortunately), a sephora exclusive. We do carry the rebuilding and the repairative, however. Let me know if you need anything shipped. :) Thank you for the message.
